Lithuania finalises binding monthly SDUP filing and correction rules
Sodra Order V-500 is in force and now sets the binding monthly population, pay-data, filing and correction mechanics for Lithuania’s staged SDUP process.
What changed
Order V-500, adopted on 5 October, published on 6 October and effective on 7 October 2026, requires monthly reporting for the previous month. It defines covered employees and exclusions, separate rows for multiple job groups, gross and additional remuneration plus paid hours, filing through EDAS/manual, JSON or integration, and full-period resubmission when correcting data. Discovered errors must be corrected immediately and no later than two working days.
What it means for employers
Employers should configure January 2027 SDUP data now, including exclusions and multi-job-group rows, test their chosen filing route and establish a two-working-day error-correction workflow. The first January 2027 submission remains due by 28 February 2027; reporting thresholds and staged information dates are unchanged.
