the Evenpay software-as-a-service platform and related services (the “Service”).

• Users accessing or using the Evenpay Service on behalf of a customer organisation.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity (the “Customer”), you represent that you are authorised to do so.

These Terms replace and supersede any prior service-specific terms of use governing individual user access to the Service.

• accessing the Website, or
• registering for, logging into, or using the Service,

you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Continued use of the Website or Service constitutes ongoing acceptance.

You may use the Website solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website;
• scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission;
• introduce malware or attempt to compromise Website security;
• misrepresent your affiliation with Evenpay.

All Website content is provided “as is” and may be updated or removed at any time.

The Service is a SaaS platform provided to Customers under a separate commercial agreement.
Individual users (“Users”) may access the Service only if:
– authorised by a Customer; and
– using the Service solely for the Customer’s internal business purposes.
Users must:
– comply with applicable law and these Terms;
– safeguard login credentials and prevent unauthorised access;
– immediately notify Evenpay of suspected security incidents or misuse;
– ensure that data entered into the Service is lawful and accurate.
Evenpay may suspend or terminate access if these Terms or applicable agreements are violated.

• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

  Evenpay is not responsible for:

  • unauthorised access resulting from compromised credentials; or
  • misuse caused by failure to follow reasonable security practices.

• All intellectual property rights in the Website and Service, including software, content, branding, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to Evenpay.No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

• Personal data is processed in accordance with:
  • the Evenpay Privacy Policy, and
  • applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

  When providing the Service, Evenpay typically acts as a data processor on behalf of the Customer. Details are governed by the applicable customer agreement and Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

• The Website or Service may contain links to third-party websites.Evenpay is not responsible for third-party content, services, or policies.

• The Website and Service are provided “as is” and “as available”.To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evenpay disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evenpay shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages;
• loss of data, revenue, or business;
• unauthorised access beyond its reasonable control.

Total liability is limited in accordance with applicable mandatory law and customer agreements.

Evenpay may update these Terms from time to time.Material changes will be communicated via the Website or Service.Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding conflict-of-law rules.Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
