Nmbrs is a cloud-based HR and payroll platform used to manage employee data, payroll processing, HR workflows, leave and absence tracking, and secure employee self-service. It serves as a central system of record for core workforce data and payroll outcomes, automating routine HR and pay tasks to reduce manual work and errors.

Although Nmbrs holds up-to-date payroll and HR information, compensation analysis often happens outside the system and requires manual exports or reconciliation. This makes it hard to combine payroll results, job data, and organisational structures with benchmarks, internal equity history, or compensation frameworks in one place.

The Evenpay–Nmbrs integration synchronises employee and payroll-related data into Evenpay on a configurable schedule. This includes current employee records, job details, pay components, and organisational assignments. Once imported, Evenpay uses this reliable operational data alongside external market benchmarks and historical internal compensation to support structured, objective compensation analysis and planning.

In daily use, HR and compensation teams work with current Nmbrs data in Evenpay without repeated exports. Managers and leaders see compensation scenarios and proposals in the context of both actual payroll results and broader compensation guidance, helping align merit reviews, offer decisions, and budget scenarios.

Nmbrs remains the system of record for all HR and payroll information. Evenpay reads and processes this data for analysis and decision support, without modifying the source records in Nmbrs.
