The Evenpay–Workday integration synchronises selected employee and organisational data from Workday into Evenpay on a defined schedule you control. This includes employment details, roles, teams, compensation components, and reporting lines. Evenpay uses this operational data alongside market benchmarks and internal compensation history to support consistent, objective compensation analysis and planning.

In daily use, HR and leadership teams work with current Workday data directly inside Evenpay without repeated exports, enabling more reliable salary reviews, hiring offers, promotions, and budget planning. Workday remains the system of record for HR and payroll data; Evenpay reads and processes the data for analysis and decision support without modifying records in Workday.
