The Evenpay–Sympa integration synchronises selected employee data from Sympa into Evenpay on a schedule you define. This includes employment details, roles, organisational structure, and current compensation data. Once connected, Evenpay combines this data with market benchmarks, internal pay history, and role structures to support consistent and data-driven compensation decisions.

In practice, HR and compensation teams work with up-to-date Sympa data directly inside Evenpay, without recurring exports or manual reconciliation. Managers and leadership review compensation proposals and analyses that reflect the current organisation and workforce, improving consistency across salary reviews, hiring decisions, and budget planning.

Sympa remains the system of record for employee data. Evenpay reads and processes the data for analysis and decision support, without modifying records in Sympa.
