While HiBob holds up-to-date HR information, compensation planning often requires combining that data with external market benchmarks, internal pay history, and structured compensation frameworks. Without integration, teams commonly export data manually and reconcile it in spreadsheets or separate tools, adding administrative work and risk of inconsistencies.
The Evenpay–HiBob integration synchronises selected employee and organisational data from HiBob into Evenpay on a defined schedule. This includes employment details, roles, teams, levels, and reporting lines. Evenpay uses this operational data alongside market benchmarks and internal compensation history to support consistent and objective compensation analysis and planning.
In daily use, HR and leadership teams work with current HiBob data directly inside Evenpay without repeated exports, enabling more reliable salary reviews, hiring offers, promotions, and compensation planning. HiBob remains the system of record for HR data; Evenpay reads and processes the data for analysis and decision support without modifying records in HiBob.
