Comparing roles, pay levels, and adjustments across geographies typically requires manual exports and additional context from external benchmarks and internal compensation frameworks.

The Evenpay–Deel integration synchronises employee and compensation-related data from Deel into Evenpay on a defined schedule. This includes employment details, roles, locations, contract types, and current pay data. Evenpay combines this information with market benchmarks, internal role structures, and historical decisions to support consistent compensation analysis across countries.

In practice, HR and leadership teams use Evenpay to review compensation decisions for global teams with up-to-date Deel data, without maintaining parallel spreadsheets. This helps align hiring offers, salary reviews, and adjustments across regions while accounting for local differences.

Deel remains the system of record for employment and payroll data. Evenpay reads the data for analysis and decision support and does not modify records in Deel.
